21:00

21:00 House
Remorse
Drama Last week it was humour: this week's theme is repentance. House is skulking around trying to avoid a former fellow student whom he plagiarised at medical school. When House tries to offer him money, Wilson points out astutely (he is the hospital's official Captain Sensible) that it's easier for House to throw cash at someone he doesn't really care about than say sorry properly to someone he does. The week's patient, on the other hand, can't say sorry at all - she's a genuine psychopath, and she's getting right up Thirteen's nose. Rather like Foreman. Radio Times reviewer - Gill Crawford

22:00

22:00 NCIS: LA
Brimstone
Drama The dangers of mobile phone use are exposed in tonight's messy pre-credits sequence when one explodes in the face of a former marine. What follows is a pretty decent mad-bomber yarn that's full of tense action sequences featuring booby-trapped cars and excessively earnest lines like "the clock is ticking". Unfortunately, as this is a Christmas episode, we also get some hokey office-based nonsense about trees, Hawaiian shirts and the merits of Nate's tie, plus an overly sentimental sign-off from mother hen Hetty about enjoying life to the full. Yuck. Radio Times reviewer - David Brown

23:00

23:00 UK Border Force
Documentary Observational documentary series. The enforcement team raid a nail bar in Southampton, while a traveller with a dazzling name has his bag searched at Heathrow.
